1. Legal status and name

Agence GTI (Gestion et Transactions Immobilières) S.A.R.L. is a limited liability company with a capital of seven thousand six hundred and twenty Euros forty-five cents. It was set up in 1989 by manager, Laurent Vachet-Valaz, (a law graduate from Montpellier University), to work in the European Economic Community and abroad.

The registered offices are at Résidence Les Verdons, 1850 rue de la Croisette, Courchevel, France.

Agence GTI is fully compliant with Law n°70-9 of 2nd January 1970 and its enforcement order dated 20th July 1972:

1. Professional card n°248 issued by the Prefecture of Savoie authorizing it to conduct activities in the fields of “Estate Management” and “Real estate and Business Operations.
2. Financial guarantee: Société Lyonnaise de Banque (C.I.C. group), Avenue du Comte Vert, 73000 Chambéry, France.
